Outerlands Studio developed the brand and visual identity for Kohmsa. Inspired by the authentic connections and myriad journeys guests will experience, Outerlands created a pattern of interweaving paths that meander throughout the visual applications. Overall, the color scheme and cohesive look and feel were designed to evoke a more grounded and intentional approach to hospitality, tying in the Kohmsa guiding principle to “wander well.”

The result is an elegant and striking visual solution that helps Kohmsa stand out amongst the other short-term rental management brands in the region and establishes the company as a lifestyle brand as well.
